Livestock
All livestock produced by myself will be of the highest quality and will not be sold until they are eating correctly on appropriately sized frozen/thawed mice or rats (unless otherwise stated) And will be correctly sexed to the best of my knowledge.
Guarantee
All heterozygous snakes produced by myself will be supplied with a signed certificate complete with photo I.D. to prove the genes they are carrying.
Delivery
I will offer personal delivery only and will be charged accordingly by distance as I think this is the safest and most comfortable way for the livestock.
For order in animal will get delivery to you home address, by Tnt next day befor 12:00 for £18.50
Please Note: We aim to dispatch all goods within 1-5 working days from receipt of your order, but please allow 10 working days for this to be processed. If you required a set date for delivery, but didn't enter this into the "Order Notes" box
Please check any goods while the driver waits OR you must place "DAMAGED" instead of your signature. If this is not done, we can not replace any damaged items.
Payment
Deposits can be paid to hold snakes but snakes will not be delivered/collected until full payment is received, deposits are non-refundable.
All snakes must be paid in full prior to delivery or collection. Payment can be made by cash, personal cheques (cheques must clear before delivery/collection), or direct bank transfer or paypal.
Terms
I can refuse any sales to anyone if I believe the animals will not be treated and maintained with the quality that they deserve.
Any problems with livestock supplied by myself need to be brought to my attention within 24 hours of purchase and I will do my utmost to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
